Absolute Recruitment ou

Absolute Recruitment ou was formed in 2006 with its Head Office in Tallinn, Estonia. It was created to support the supply of Eastern European staff to European Solution Limited in the UK and directly to end user clients throughout the European Union.

The Branch is based in Tallinn in Northern Estonia, and provides qualified, Reliable English speaking staff for the UK and EU for permanent or temporary contracts.

The Offices are staffed with Estonian staff, who are all fluent in English.

All candidates are interviewed and tested in English, police checked and referenced. Workers are registered with the Home Office and also with HMRC for National Insurance.

We also provide assistance with opening bank accounts and registering with dentists and doctors. They can be provided with fully furnished and equipped accommodation along with transport to and from the workplace.

Our UK Management team visit regularly to ensure procedures and systems are adhered to and training continues.

All operations mirror our UK operations and all processes are uniform.

Clients are invited to visit the offices to take part in the recruitment process and to get a better understanding of the culture of the countries involved.
